Return Policy
1) We only accept return in 30 days after the order was delivered.
2) For the dead unit upon arrival, the buyer must contact us immediately, and no later than 3 days after arrival date.
3) The shipping charge is not refundable, for the order with free shipping offer, the actual shipping charge is not refundable if the return is at buyer’s fault.
4) A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all return if the return is at buyer's fault. If the laptop had password for the log on, please provide the password.
5) If the product is defective, please describe the defect in details, after the return was received and the defect was confirmed, the restocking fee will be waived for the return.
6) Buyer will be responsible to return the package in its original condition. A 30% restocking fee may be applied if the returned item is not in its original package and condition. And a 50% restocking fee will be applied if the returned item was missing parts.
7) We did recorded the serial number of all the products we shipped. The refund will not be qualified if the returned item is wrong or with mismatched serial number.
8) Please print a copy of the order receipt and use the order number as the reference number for the return. And the returned item must be received in 2 weeks after the return authorization.
